"I have to tell you I was very impressed and loved the hotel!!! I am going to recommend it to any of my friends that ask about a place to stay. It was soooo clean, the room was great! And the staff was awesome plus you can't beat the location. Also I wanted to take that king bed and pillows home with me, I haven't slept that good in a very long time!

"I was recently traveling from Portland, Maine to Virginia and had a stop in Boston on the night of 6/21/12.
I did not have a hotel reservation and I was checking rates & availability while on the train from Portland.
I needed to catch a flight at Logan the next morning but wanted to stay in the Downtown/waterfront section during my short
time in Boston.
(Who wants to stay at an airport hotel?)
I had previously stayed at the Harborside Inn and remembered it was a good place.
I was encouraged to find that the Harborside Inn had a room available; but the critical factor in my decision to choose
Harborside was the price of that room.
Your rate was the lowest I could find in that section of Boston. That fact alone drove my decision to use your hotel again.
My room was clean and very quiet.
I like the fact that your rooms are quiet. Your staff was professional and efficient. Everyone I had contact with was helpful.
The location of your hotel is close to perfect. It’s convenient to both Amtrak stations and I’ve walked from Harborside Inn to Boston South Station.
I could have walked from the North station but elected to take a cab due to the weather.
There are many excellent restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel. The incredibly close proximity to the Blue line subway stop is a big plus.
Getting to Logan on Friday morning could not have been easier. A few steps from the front door to the subway, a quick $2.00 ride to Logan and a free shuttle bus to my terminal had me where I needed to be without even a hint of a problem.
So, to recap:
1. Competitive price
2. Clean, Quiet rooms
3. Excellent staff
4. Excellent location
I’ve recommended the Harborside Inn to my friends and that is about the highest compliment I can give.

"My husband and I stayed there from Sept.20th toSept. 25th and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our room was spacious,very quiet and kept spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the water for the shower always hot and everything worked as it should. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. "Carolyn and I, as I know you are aware, were your guests at the Harborside Inn this past weekend. In all respects, it was a delightful experience. The location, the very tasteful renovations to all areas of the hotel, the well appointed rooms (especially Room 806, which was exceptional) and importantly, your very gracious, professional staff made for a very pleasant stay.
Carolyn and I have the opportunity to travel frequently and have stayed at a number of charming, historic boutique hotels. The Harborside Inn is a very special and unique experience. We loved it! Our only regret was that your bar and new lounge was not yet open. We did have the opportunity to look inside; certainly, from its appearance and tasteful interior, it is going to be a very successful addition to your enterprise.
We look forward to returning to the Haborside Inn as regular guests. It will be a frequent stop for us as we visit Alex and Kelly and our grandchildren.
