Boston is famous for being America's "walking city". We recommend that you do not bring a vehicle into the city whenever possible. However, if you will be driving, please read the information in the "Directions & Parking" section of our website.

While rooms assigned will be at the confirmed rate, we can not guarantee accommodations in a specific room. The management will do their very best to honor your preference, but respectfully request your understanding of changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
Credit card is required for all reservations.
Driver's license or passport must be presented at check-in and must match name on credit card.
14.45% tax added to daily rates
If you wish to pay for a room with someone else's credit card, then you must have that card holder complete a credit card authorization form which can be obtained by calling the hotel.
Credit cards will be authorized for the full amount of the stay plus an additional 20% at check-in. Please remember that the authorization process will tie up your available credit even if you wish to pay cash or change credit cards at check-out. Authorizations get released by your bank anywhere from 48 hours up to 14 days. The only way to get an early authorization release is to have the hotel call your bank and it still may take several days. Sorry for any inconvenience.
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your stay without obligation. After this grace period, you are responsible for one night's charges. This includes early departures. If you need to cancel, be sure to obtain a cancellation number to ensure that you will be released from the responsibility for the room. Cancellation Policies may differ for certain time periods.
Rates vary due to seasonality, supply and demand. Lowest rates can always be obtained directly through the hotel, via website or telephone. This is due to the hotel being forced to pay 25% commission to leading hotel internet booking sites. Click on the website rate calendar or call the hotel directly at 617-723-7500 for rates and availability. All rates are subject to change.
Any request to book more than 2 rooms is considered a group reservation request. Please call the hotel directly to discuss group reservation requests.
We do not offer special corporate rates. We do offer the lowest available rate to all of our customers all the time. This policy reduces administrative management costs and allows us to pass the savings on to you. Please note that when we develop relationships with businesses and repeat customers, we offer them special treatment such as free upgrades, discounts on rooms for groups and longer stays, family and friend rates, etc.
Our policy is that we do not reserve blocks of rooms for weddings at any time. But we would be happy to tell you about our hotel and room rates if you would like to recommend us to your guests. We can also offer you helpful advice regarding wedding block requests based on years of experience with hundreds of weddings.
We recommend you send a save the date letter to your wedding guests. Inside the letter you should tell the guests that they should book their hotel reservations early because hotels in Boston sell out quickly. Tell them that you have scouted 3 hotels that you feel would be good for your wedding guests. Choose 1 luxury, 1 boutique and 1 budget style hotel. List the phone numbers and rates.
That's it - your all done! History shows that people are capable of choosing and booking their own hotel room. This is an area of your wedding that you should not stress about or spend a lot of time on.
