What are the most common guest issues? Buyer Beware!
We find that very few people are disappointed with their guest experience at the Harborside Inn. However, most disappointment stems from consumers' unfulfilled expectations because they fail to carefully examine our entire website in detail before they arrive. So, please review the website and call us with any questions. Please choose a different hotel if the following issues will cause you to be disappointed:

*View from some rooms not scenic - Atrium rooms offer interior views of our 8 story skylit space which allows them to be very quiet due to the lack of exposure to the city noises listed below.
* City Noise - occasional sirens, delivery/trash removal trucks - if you're a light sleeper, we recommend you stay outside the city

When is check-in/check-out time?
Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 12NOON

What do I need in order to check-in?
Upon check-in, we require a government issued photo ID and an active credit card that will authorize for the total amount of room and tax plus 20% for incidentals and security. Unfortunately, we do not except cash deposits; however, guests may settle the final bill by paying with cash upon check-out.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
The hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel

How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Wireless High-Speed internet access is complimentary for hotel guests

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
Only wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and guestrooms.

Do you have a fitness center?
Not on site. 5 minute walk to  discounted use of Beacon Hill Athletic Club ($15per day).

Do you offer room service?
No. All guest rooms have Dining Delivery guides with 25+ options.

Do you have a business center? What are the hours? 
In our lobby we have 4 PC's with access to a printer 24 hours a day.

Do you have a spa?
No. There are several spas we recommend within a 5-10 minute walk. Please contact the Front Desk for additional information. 

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service form the airport?
No. The Harborside Inn is less than 2 miles from Boston's Logan Airport. Transportation from the airport includes taxi service and the 'T' (Boston's underground subway system - $2 - 20 minutes). Taxi fare ranges from $25-$30, and is a 15-30 minute ride (no traffic). See Harborside Inn Directions & Parking page for transportation options and instructions from the Airport.

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards?
We do not provide rollaways/cribs/pack&play.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You must contact the website with whom you originally made the reservation. We can not change or edit third party website reservations.

What is the minimum age requirement to check-in to the hotel?
21 years of age with valid license or passport or otherwise accompanied by parent.

What is your cancellation /deposit policy?
If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 48 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 3 pm Eastern time 2 days prior to check-in to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies. Groups are subject to longer cancellation policy restrictions.

Any early departures or late cancellations (less than 48 hrs notice) will be charged for a one night stay room and tax.
